Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY
  1. Refunds will be done in your e-Wallet (A2Zdigitalmart digital e-wallet) Exceptions to our Returns Policy
  2. Only for Items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy or when the offer note states so specifically.
  3. Check your item(s) as soon as you receive it to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase(s)
  4. The A2Zdigitalmart is provided without any warranties or guarantees and in an “As Is” condition. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the A2Zdigitalmart.
  5. If an item received is not the same one ordered, doesn’t work or function, as advertised, is missing any component or accessory, faulty, damaged or not in the advertised condition, you have the right to return it and we will arrange for it.
  6. Your Right to Return starts only from the day you take delivery of (receive) the item(s) and sign-off on the Courier Company’s delivery note and can be used through-out the time-frames mentioned above, which are – seven (7) Days.
  7. Refunds on your purchase are done seamlessly once a Return is requested. However, it might take a few days to be credited in your e-Wallet.

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.

All products are dispatched from the warehouse and aim to deliver out orders within 48 hours between Sundays to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Please note once the package is handed over to the courier company we have no control over delivery timelines and are not liable for any delays in delivery. We track all dispatched packages to make sure they are not unnecessarily delayed and will continue to follow up with courier companies until the product reaches you.

Dispatched but not received

All of our dispatches includes Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the customer support to resolve this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us. We will cancel the order and refund the entire amount in your e-Wallet which you can use that amount for your next purchase of other products within A2Zdigitalmart website. If your order has been processed and dispatched for delivery, then your order falls under our returns policy.
